AALA 2018 Conference Registration Payment for people outside of the Chinese mainland / Singapore
Please read the Registration Guide and follow the steps.

Please make sure you sign up at the conference site first.

Select a participant type for the items with options and click Add to Cart.

Enter the name of the conference participant for whom you are making the payment in the box ("Registered for the conference under the name of").

Once you added all the items you'd like to pay, click View Cart and finish the payment process on PayPal.

You will receive your invitation letter and receipt sent by Yasuyo Sawaki (yasuyo.sawaki@gmail.com), Secretary/Treasurer of AALA, within five business days.

Please note that your registration is completed only after your payment is confirmed.
Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

Cancellation until September 17, 2018 - Refund of 90% of registration fees.

Cancellation September 18, 2018 or after - No refund due to cancellation.
Please note all cancellation requests must be sent in writing to 2018aalaconf@fltrp.com.

All participants, including presenters, MUST be registered to attend.

As seats for the conference and pre-conference workshops are limited, participants are encouraged to register early.

Lunch is included in the fees for both the conference itself and the one-day pre-conference workshops. Lunch is NOT included for the half-day pre-conference workshops.
